I simply want to congratulate the creator or creators of this proposal as healing therapy . It’s amazing to see as through an image can be a personal expression so strong. From now on I’ll become a follower of the information on your page .

One of this year’s “Bonus” prompts was to destroy a photo of something you want to say goodbye to. It can be a powerful experience and I was happy some participants decided to do it and felt the positive effects as I had when previously introduced to it.

Today is the final day of the 2023 Chronic Pain/Illness Photo Project. The project takes an incredible amount of work behind the scenes and each year I question whether I will even offer it again but when I get to witness the amazing women connecting in the group, through creativity, I remember why I keep doing it.

I’m wish I could include all the written reflections that accompanied each photo of the project. So much sharing and vulnerability and so much support between participants.

Some topics covered in the 2023 project so far have included: “Morning Self-Care”, “I Need More…”, and “Sparkle”. Here are some more photos from the 2023 Chronic Pain/Chronic Illness Photo Project.
